Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which Mangone Benito provides access to its website, ready-made interior design concepts and custom interior design services. Please read them before submitting a request or purchasing a design project.
01. About Mangone Benito
Mangone Benito provides interior design concepts for residential spaces, including ready-made apartment interiors and individually developed design solutions.
Our contact address is 18 Rue Paul Éluard, 34080 Montpellier, France.
02. Scope of Services
Our services may include the provision of ready-made interior design concepts, discussions about possible adjustments and the development of custom interior design projects.
The exact contents of a project, including drawings, visual materials, specifications or other deliverables, are defined in the individual offer or agreement provided to the customer.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our services do not include construction, renovation, installation, furniture procurement or architectural and engineering services.
03. Requests and Orders
Customers may express their interest in a design collection or request a custom project using the contact form available on our website.
Submitting a request does not automatically constitute a confirmed order or create an obligation to pay. A project becomes an order only after its scope, price and relevant conditions have been agreed between Mangone Benito and the customer.
We may contact customers using the details provided to clarify their preferences, discuss adjustments, confirm availability and explain the next steps.
04. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website provide information about the listed design collections. The final price, applicable taxes, any additional services and payment conditions will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
Custom design projects are individually quoted based on their requirements and agreed scope.
No payment is required merely to submit an inquiry through the website. Any subsequent payment arrangements will be confirmed separately.
05. Project Adjustments
Customers may discuss desired changes to a selected ready-made design or request a fully customized interior concept.
The number and scope of included revisions, any additional fees and the procedure for approving changes will be specified before work begins.
Requests that significantly change the original scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.
06. Delivery of Design Materials
Design projects are generally intended to be supplied in digital form. The delivery format, contents and expected timeline are agreed with the customer before order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may depend on the complexity of the project, customer feedback and any requested changes.
07. Intellectual Property
Website content, design concepts, descriptions, graphics and original project materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a design project grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered materials for the agreed personal residential project.
Redistribution, resale, public publication or commercial exploitation of the delivered design materials requires prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
08. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and relevant details about their property, preferences and project requirements.
Customers should verify measurements, technical feasibility, building regulations and product availability with appropriately qualified professionals before implementing a design.
09. Changes, Cancellation and Withdrawal
The conditions for modifying or cancelling a confirmed order depend on the services purchased, the work already performed and applicable law.
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, customers retain those rights under French and European consumer protection legislation. Any statutory exception or loss of a withdrawal right for digital content or services applies only where the legal requirements have been satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer guarantees or other statutory rights.
10. Design Representations
Images and design presentations on the website are intended to illustrate interior styles and concepts. Actual furniture, finishes, materials and colors may vary depending on suppliers, lighting, screen settings and implementation.
The specific deliverables of each purchased project are determined by the confirmed order.
11. Liability
Mangone Benito aims to provide design materials with reasonable care and skill.
We do not guarantee that a proposed design can be implemented in every property without adjustments. Construction, structural, electrical and other technical work must be assessed and carried out by qualified professionals.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Any applicable rights to consumer mediation and access to competent courts remain unaffected.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
